Personal and Team Development
P&A
Group take great pride in the development of people in the business.
We appraise colleagues on a six
monthly basis, focusing on developmental needs and individual growth.
We
believe that training has to be bespoke, designed to meet the
needs of each person, offering, for example,
one-on-one
coaching to those who find they are stimulated by
the regular guidance
and
input of an expert coach.
We offer six monthly open behavioural
skills training sessions that deal with current attitudinal change
needs.
Colleagues
are encouraged to attend, equipped with issues and examples
of things
arising in their daily working lives and to build personalised
objectives to take back to the workplace to make the
necessary improvements.
We have introduced a ‘Future
P&A Programme’, inviting
to attend those who believe they have a significant role
to play in the future of our business.
People taking
part in this Programme will receive regular mentoring
and coaching, based upon agreed personal objectives,
and these
will be fed back into the performance and appraisal
system.
Technical
Training
In a fast-moving world The P&A
Group are committed to ensuring all of our people are as up-to-date
as possible.
We provide regular internal technical
training sessions, have a full-time Compliance Officer committed
to ensuring
all of
us act,
at all times, with professional excellence and accuracy.
