Jeremy
Priestley trained with a large
regional firm before joining the partnership in 1989
and took over as Managing Partner in 1994, since when
the practice
has grown organically and through diversification. Jeremy
is the Managing Director of P&A Receivables Services
plc and holds other directorships.
He is a member of
the Insolvency Practitioners Association and a Fellow
of the
Association of Business Recovery Professionals. Married
with 3 children; takes a keen interest in charitable
work. He is well travelled, enjoys sport and music

John
Russell joined the practice in 1980, and has a background
in industry and retailing. He has been a partner since 1986
and specialises in corporate recovery and insolvency, particularly
CVA's and liquidations. John is married with three children.
He enjoys walking, music and is a keen follower of sports in
general. |

Derek
Woolley has been with the practice since 1967. Throughout
his time with the practice, Derek has dealt exclusively with
individual and corporate insolvency matters. He is a fellow
of the Insolvency Practitioners Association and acts as an
expert witness for the prosecution of fraud and wrongful trading
cases. Derek is a former rugby player, who now attempts to
play golf and fly fish. |

Phil
Revill, a Chartered Accountant, joined the practice
in 1995 after specialising in Corporate Recovery and insolvency
since 1983. His experience includes 2 years in industry,
during which time he had both financial and operational
responsibility,
giving him first-hand experience of some of the challenges
facing clients. Phil heads up the Turnaround and Business
recovery team, with specific responsibility for The P&A
Partnership's services to secured lenders. Phil is married
with two young
children and is an active sportsman. |

Brendan
Guilfoyle a former National President of R3 joined
The P&A Partnership as a partner in 2001 and manages the
Leeds Office. A Chartered Accountant with a strong understanding
of the large corporate sector. Married with a large family;
in his spare time he follows sport generally and family pursuits. |

Andy
Wood has worked in the profession since 1985 and he joined the firm in 1997 and was made up to partner in 2002. He carries a heavy case load of turnaround and recovery work and specialises in the corporate insolvency sector. He is currently the Regional Chairman of R3. Married with one daughter, he is a keen cricketer. |

Chris
White joined the practice in 1999, having obtained
a First Class Honours degree at Sheffield University before
qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with a large regional
firm. He became a partner in 2005 and specialises in Administrations
and Administrative Receiverships and supports Phil Revill
in managing the turnaround and recovery team. Chris is
a keen follower of sport in general and enjoys travelling
and is active socially. |

Gareth
Rusling joined
the firm in 1997 as a qualified ACCA, having trained with
South Yorkshire practices and where he gained experience
in SME audit and business support. Since joining P&A
he has specialised in all aspects of insolvency and recovery
work.
A family man with three children, Gareth is a lifelong supporter
of Leeds United.

Filippa Connor joined the practise in 2009 and manages the London office. She specialises in corporate rescue and insolvency and is a member of the Insolvency Practitioner’s Association and a Fellow of the Association Business Recovery Professionals.
Filippa is married and plays piano.

Brian
Creber joined the practice as a partner in 1990.
Prior to this he was a partner in a large regional insolvency
practice, which followed 20 years' experience with major
London based national firms. Brian is very experienced
in all aspects insolvency, particularly corporate matters,
and is a fellow of the Insolvency Practitioners Association.
He is a family man whose interests include golf and gardening.
Brian is now a director of The P&A Partnership Limited. |

Allan
Cooper has been with the practice since 1976. He
is experienced in all types of insolvency matters, specialising
in corporate recovery procedures and creditors' voluntary
liquidations. Allan's interests include, country life and
a variety of sports. |
